Product features
Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, the motor drives the rotor to rotate step by step by controlling the energization sequence of its windings. Each pulse signal received triggers a fixed rotation angle (step angle), enabling accurate correspondence between "number of pulses - rotation angle" and "pulse frequency - rotational speed". It can meet the control requirements of most general automation scenarios without closed-loop feedback. Its core features are as follows:
● Reliable Structure: No vulnerable components such as brushes or encoders; boasting a simple mechanical design, low failure rate, and suitability for long-term continuous operation.
● Easy Control: No complex closed-loop control system is required. It can directly receive pulse signals for control through a stepper driver, featuring a low debugging threshold.
Product advantages
● Cost Advantage: Compared with servo motors and closed-loop stepper motors, it offers lower hardware costs and outstanding cost-effectiveness, making it ideal for mass application scenarios.
● Precise Positioning: Stable step angle accuracy (commonly 1.8°/0.9°) with no cumulative error during low-speed operation, satisfying the requirements of conventional positioning and transmission tasks.
Open-Loop Stepper Motors are widely applicable to scenarios sensitive to cost and with moderate positioning accuracy requirements, such as 3C electronic processing equipment, transmission mechanisms of automated production lines, printers, textile machinery, small CNC machine tools, and medical devices. They serve as an ideal power solution that balances performance and economy.
