Robots are used for material handling or loading and unloading

  Robots have multiple advantages compared to manual handling or loading and unloading. Robots can work 24 hours a day without interruption, greatly improving work efficiency; Reduce labor costs; Robots can accurately complete handling tasks and reduce error rates.

 The robot in the picture is our BRTIRUS1510A, with a maximum load capacity of 10kg and a 1587mm arm span. Adopting a lightweight arm design, the mechanical structure is compact and simple. It can perform flexible operations in a small workspace during high-speed movement, meeting the needs of flexible production.

 The task of the robot is to transport the circular glass plate on the conveyor belt in the left front of the robot to the position in the right front of the robot where the glass plate is stored and placed. As the glass plate is a fragile item, the robot uses six small suction cups at the end to suck up the glass plate and transport it.
Our product can perfectly complete tasks such as mechanical repetitive handling or loading and unloading.

Robot application in laser welding/cutting

  Welding robots, as an advanced manufacturing equipment, play an important role in modern industrial production. Welding robots have improved production efficiency by being able to complete a large number of welding tasks in a short period of time and continue to work without affecting work efficiency due to fatigue. Improving welding quality, welding robots can accurately control welding parameters to ensure the stability and consistency of welding quality. In addition, welding robots can work in hazardous environments such as high temperature and high pressure, avoiding the hazards of smoke and radiation to personnel during the welding process.

 The robot in the picture is our BRTIRUS2110A, which has a long arm of 2131mm and a maximum load of 10kg. It has six degrees of freedom flexibility and high accuracy: with a repeat positioning accuracy of ± 0.05mm, it can handle welding, loading and unloading, assembly and other scenarios with ease. It is commonly used in welding and, when combined with a laser welding machine, can achieve high-quality and high-precision welding.

With closed-loop control and a wide torque range of 2-12N·m, this motor kit perfectly adapts to every movement of the soldering machine's X/Y/Z axes: whether it's the pinhead-sized solder joints on PCB boards or the fine welds of data cables, the motor can lock coordinates with 0.01mm-level precision. Paired with the 360° rotating soldering function, the fullness of drag-soldered and spot-soldered joints is maximized—cutting the defect rate from 15% (due to missed or cold solder joints) to less than 1%, completely solving the welding quality control challenges faced by both small workshops and large factories.

After switching to stepper motors, the millimeter-level control driven by pulse signals locks the error of paper feeding length and folding angle within 0.1mm. The alignment of edges and the consistency of three-dimensional folds in finished products have improved by over 90%. The awkward situation in small workshops where "five out of ten products are defective" has been transformed into mass-produced standardized ritual supplies, doubling both their appearance quality and market acceptance.

Small workshops don't need to hire dedicated maintenance personnel—regular dust wiping is enough to keep the machine running stably.
