The internal gears of the PL57 planetary gearbox are made of high-quality low-carbon alloy steel, which undergoes carburizing and quenching, as well as grinding and running-in processes, to achieve high-precision hard tooth surface closed transmission. It features small size, light weight, high load-bearing capacity, long service life, stable operation, low noise, large output torque, large speed ratio, high efficiency and safe performance, along with the unique characteristics of jig power splitting and multi-tooth meshing.
